Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Access Locksmith, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and high-quality locksmith services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Scheduled Appointments:

  • Customers can cancel their appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee based on the service type.

• Emergency Services:

  • Once an emergency locksmith is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted, and the full service fee will apply.

2. Refund Policy

We stand by the quality of our services. However, refunds will only be granted under the following conditions:

• If our locksmith is unable to complete the service due to an issue on our end, a full refund will be issued.
• If the service was not performed as requested or was unsatisfactory, we will first attempt to rework the service at no additional cost. If the issue remains unresolved, a partial or full refund may be considered.
• Refunds are not available for services that have already been completed successfully.

3. No-Show Policy

• If the customer is not present at the service location and unreachable by phone, the locksmith will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes.
• If the customer still does not respond, the appointment will be marked as canceled, and a call-out fee may apply.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Customers may reschedule their appointment at least 2 hours in advance without any extra charge.
• For emergency services, rescheduling is not available once a locksmith is en route.
